The TEC team consists of engineers with real production experience: mining facilities, processing plants, industrial enterprises and infrastructure.
We have personally led construction and extraction at the largest facilities in the country and abroad — from underground mines to mining and processing complexes.
And we know what the difference looks like between a design on paper and a solution that works.
Who we are
International team of practitioners from four countries
An international team from Kazakhstan, Russia, South Africa and Australia: geologists, mining engineers, geotechnicians, hydrogeologists, technologists, designers, economists and lawyers — each with real experience in production management, not just design.
We do not follow templates. For each facility — a separate team, specific timelines and solutions that take into account the real conditions of your production.

Our approach 01
Digital solution research
Modern tools — Deswik, VentSim, AutoDesk software packages — allow us to model solutions before construction begins, not to correct mistakes during it.
Our approach 02
Reserve estimation
Reserve estimation is performed according to JORC, NI 43-101 and KazRC standards — documents are accepted by international investors and exchange regulators.
Our approach 03
Project support to completion
We accompany the project through the RSE State Expert Review and provide design supervision through to the commissioning date.

One contractor — full responsibility
We implement projects through the full cycle. A single team and responsibility for the result at every stage.
